Through workshops, networking events, webinars and teleseminars, this nine-month program trains and mentors promising leaders from under-represented racial or ethnic communities to organize political campaigns or run for office. Our expert faculty includes political strategists, campaign managers and former candidates, bringing frontline experience from a multi-party perspective. Program Schedule

Who is the ideal program participant?

Program participants are committed to social justice, are from racial and ethnic groups underrepresented in civic leadership and are interested in running as a candidate or becoming a campaign manager.
